The BTE-2 model used on bigger yachts or for rigorous racing, utilizes its ample power by a linear drive with two redundant electric 12 Volt high torque motors. Operating two drives leaves the choice of 12 or 24 Volt usage. The self locking RD20 threaded rod transfers pressure forces of up to 4000 dN (4t) through a 2- or 3-stage planetary drive.

The drive assembly is water resistant and all parts are CNC machined from solid aluminum or stainless steel. The ranges of the model can be adjusted by changing the extension arms. Anodized black or silver coating, custom coatings and sizes on request.
